How We Do It

Supercavitation aerator
The core of the patented CAVITECH aeration is the supercavitation ejector.
Optimal size of the air bubbles and at least 2 times longer path when air comes into contact with water.

This makes our aeration 2-3 times more effective than competitors.

Manufacturing
We craft each system in our manufacturing facility from components made in Europe only. Then mount it directly at your plant to provide you with a single-source solution.
European standard EN 12255-15

In accordance with the European standard EN 12255-15, CAVITECH® aeration equipment has a SAE value of 5.2 kgO2/ kWh for a depth of 4.5 m

    Aeration is the most energy-hungry process consuming up to 85% of the Plant total energy consumption. CAVITECH Aeration cuts energy use by 50%-70% and enables to cover the remaining energy needs from renewable sources by the most feasible way.

    Upon your pre-assembled Aerator is put in water and connected to the Power & Control Terminal, it is ready to operate. Insert, Plug & Play.

  • Bubble Control

    Two factors determine the efficiency of oxygen-water mass transfer in aeration: air bubble size and the renewal of the bubble surface at its moving in water. CAVITECH Aeration generates air bubbles in the 0.05-2mm size range, while assures their movement re. the water due to a small-scale turbulation. All that optimizes the water oxygenation and mixing.

  • Wize Aeration
    Each Module maintains its health status and communicate with SCADA to report and get the commands HOW TO OPERATE.

    That enables integration of CAVITECH systems in a modern WWTPs which have underwent the digitization or plan to do that on their path to automated and optimized plant.

    We can offer ESCO services as the projects on the Shared Savings basis, when customer AT NO RISK gets the equipment financed by us, operates it, shares with us the operation savings, and owns it at the end of the agreed period to operate it at very low costs.
  • Maintenance
    We will train your operation & maintenance team starting at the project design stage and to the commissioning. Even after that we will maintain the communication to verify proper and satisfactory our equipment operation and collect the feedbacks from your people.
  • Piloting
    We propose to qualified prospective customers piloting installations to validate the performance. The cost of the Validating Piloting will be deducted from the project price, if the Project is activated and the purchasing is done.

  • Rentals
